So what's up for Turkey Day?

Jenna is coming home tonight.  I am picking up Andrew in Madison around 3pm tommorrow.

Jenna's bf of six months Brian is coming Wednesday night to stay at our house.

We are going to dinner tomorrow night…and then out to see a band.

Thanksgiving Day we having a morning brunch. Gibbs and Jamie I think are sleeping over.

Then we are going to Jodi's sisters house later in the day for thanksgiving. Going to be a pretty big crowd and should be interesting.

I took Friday off. Not sure what well do.

Saturday is Jodi's 48th birthday and we are going to dinner to celebrate both of our birthdays.

Sunday I'll take Andrew back to Madison late in the day.

I'm coming down to the states… whooot whooot Black Friday..  Prime Outlet Mall, Birch Run, Frankemuth, MI… 

oh heck ya.. gotta experience it at least once in my life..

I do believe that we have having a turkey dinner at a restaurant!!  does that count?

We are going to my very Italian grandparents house which means no turkey and no mashed potatoes :( My mother's birthday is the 26th so we are going to Atlantic City on friday to celebrate woot!

how the hell is your wife 48? she looks about 35. please list her entire beauty regimen. now.

Driving to ND tomorrow night, then I head back on Thursday evening.  Work Friday. Sunday pick up Nathan and Amelia halfway.

mox…the thing the blows people away is that Jodi is very much a sun loving person. She should look like a prune by now.

Her skin doctor says that she has extremely oily skin and it caused alot of problems when she was young, but now is paying dividends…

She does spend alot of time working on herself in front of a mirror…drives me crazy. And she goes through a ton of skin lotion….

Going to the In-Laws for Turkey.

Work both Jobs on Friday. 

Today I am making my pumpkin pralene pies… and maybe hitting somewhere up? I am not sure yet though to be honest, but it *is* the biggest party night of the year…..

Thursday I am going to the Bro's for dinner…. prolly going to help the SIL make dinner since my brother will be busy helping mi madre with what ever… and that is a fair trade off in my world….

Friday… may or may not be working with my one on one case….. Not sure yet but either way it will be fine cause I *heart* that kid LOL…..

the rest of the weekend, just chillin

I got invited to see a friend play in her band friday night and am now hoping to squeeze that in….

everything's up in the air. the bf may be coming over tonight, or i may be going there. in either case, we're drinking. tomorrow morning, i'd sort of planned to go to his family's house, but i don't know if that offer is still on the table after my initial mortified look when he laid it out the first time. if that falls through, i'm going to a get together with my downstairs neighbor at one of his friend's house.

in any case, i'm making cookies and cornbread dressing today. maybe sweet potatoes too…

hope y'all all have a great thanksgiving. sounds like we all have a lot to be thankful for.

Tonight…going to my brother-in-law's new digs…for the Funk Soul Brother's spaghetti cook-off…lots of wine…antipasto…tasty delicacies…and wine…

Did I mention wine?

We are expecting about 30 people tonight…maybe more…I think my kids even have friends coming over…should be fun…

Tomorrow…back to my Brother-in-law's…unless we crash there from too much wine…(it's only a mile or so from my house…but we all have bedrooms picked out and frequently say "screw it and sleep at his place)

Just the family this time…I expect tomorrow to be a hard day for all of us…

I make the traditional turkey and sides…my father-in-law makes a few sides…and Chip is in charge of pies…

We are having two turkeys…one traditional and one smoked…Scott is making the smoked turkey.

Scott is also in charge of the beverages…

Going to my friend's house for T-Day, then we are going to have a shelter T-Day on Saturday.  We are so excited for the turkey at my friend's house because she is a FABULOUS cook.

Gonna have the kids.  My mom and I will cook the whole thing.  Should be loads of fun!
