Davers.. I am soooo sorry it took so long to get it to you.. life just got in the way dammit!!

Yes.. that is a soap saver.. and you can put a bar of soap inside it… wet it.. lather up.. wash… rinse off and hang from your shower head to dry…  then start all over again..

and.. the bonus is. even when you get those little slivers of soap that you don't know what to do with… well… open it up and throw them in.. use them up!!!

just remember.. with handmade soap, because there is no detergents or preservatives in it.. you have to keep it as dry as possible between uses…  don't keep it in the soap dish beside you in the shower, the water repelling off your body will wash it away… and don't let it float in the tub…  a self draining soap dish is the best..

damn.. I should have included a rubber one!!!
