I finally started that 100 push up thing…my arms are sore and I swear I'm not doing it right lol (I was never good at push ups). Mathew got the "perfect push up" thingee for xmas, so I used that…damn…that thing kills lol Are you going to do the 200 sit ups thing? I'm thinking of doubling up…(got a wedding dress to fit into lol) |

Oh crap! I forgot to start my second week! I'm WAY behind now. Hope I can manage. What is the "perfect push up" thingee? And what's this about 200 sit ups? |

Here's the site to the perfect push up: You can get them at wal-mart for $20. My best friend and my kid got them for xmas. They made me feel like I was doing it wrong lol but damn, I could really feel the difference. The 200 sit ups (crunches really) are off the same site as the 100 push ups. http://www.twohundredsitups.com/ I ended up not starting that one yet. I will tho. Dammit, I got a dress that I have to look good in lol |

Der. I never even noticed the link on the site. I'll have to look into it. But, since I mistakenly forgot about my push ups (ended up with more than a week between each week instead of two days between), I'm really feeling yesterday's. It's almost (but not quite) as bad as after my initial test. |
