Discuss before you move in things like the division of chores, who is paying for what, stuff like that…

I agree on the talking about $$ and chores ahead of time.  Oh, and who's name goes on the lease, utilities, etc… be careful with that. 

also, you need to talk about the min. amount of times a week (or day for that matter) that you will get nookie…..

In all seriousness, maybe discuss joint accounts, even if it is to say "hey I am against it" some folks like moving that direction once they move in togther….
