So, I was reading an article on yahoo today that said that there are 3 "threats" of Friday the 13th this year (Feb, March, & November)--a phenomenon that occurs every 11 years or so.

So, is Friday the 13th an unlucky day for you?

What memories (if any) do you have associated with Friday the 13th?

Unlucky: Nope. Friday the 13th has always been lucky for me. I contribute it to the day of my birth, although it would've been *sweet* to have been born on friday the 13th, I was just born on *a* 13. lol

Ever since I can remember, that day has been good to me. It's my lucky number as well.

Memories: Going to see the Friday the 13th movies in the theater as a little kid. I remember sitting in the theater with my sister…can't remember which one it was…but I was 10? And just loving every second as Jason chased around all the stupid people dumb enough to go to that camp. I had always wanted to go to Camp Crystal Lake just to see. lol

The most recent memory is that Jamie gave me my engagement ring last month, on Friday the 13th. But that's sweet and sappy so lol

I've alway's had good luck on Friday the 13th. My first date with my boyfriend was on that day 2 years ago in April and we're still going strong.

I love Friday the 13th. Every one is an excuse to have a Friday the 13th movie marathon! The proper way to do it is to watch 2, 3, and 4 one after the other and then go to 8 after you've had a few drinks. After you've had a few more go back and watch 7. The first one is optional, and you should skip 5,6,9,10 and Freddy vs jason entirely.

Once the new one comes out on DVD add it to mix.

Derek Mears, the actor playing Jason in the new one, is a friend of my buds Dave and Mike that I talk about on here from time to time.

Nope, just another day of the week for me. Friday the 13th was more fun as a kid. We used to tell ghost stories and get all superstitious. Then we grew up.
