I am so excited about this.  Jen, this is the park where we went while you were visiting.  When I was a kid, I peed in the boots, and bought candy in the hat!  I can't wait to visit the nearly finished project.

Yay!  I live near Georgetown - I go through it to get downtown.  I didn't notice that they were restoring it.  Last time I looked into it they were just lying dead…
